Ingredients:
- 6 fresh prawns
- 1-2 spring onions, washed
- 1/4 Purple Onion
- 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 lime
- Cracked Pepper
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons Emelia’s Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Emelia’s Crustacean Dressing
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 crusty long rolls
Instructions:
- Peel the prawns and chop them roughly. Place them in a bowl.
