Ingredients:
- 4 quality long rolls
- 4 butcher-quality hotdogs or Kransky
- 2 brown onions, sliced
- 250 grams Emelia's Pickled Red Cabbage
- Emelia's Seeded Mustard Mayonnaise
Method:
- Preheat a pan with some oil. Add sliced onions and cook over medium heat until soft, approximately 15 minutes.
- In another pan, heat a bit of oil and cook the hotdogs or Kranskys, turning regularly for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the rolls down the middle. Place the hotdog inside, followed by the onions.
- Top with Emelia's Pickled Red Cabbage.
