Dive into the 'Euro Dog' recipe: a gourmet twist on the classic hot dog. Featuring Kransky hot dog/s, tangy pickled red cabbage, and our signature seeded mustard mayo. A flavour-packed bite perfect for any occasion!


  • 4 quality long rolls
  • 4 butcher-quality hotdogs or Kransky
  • 2 brown onions, sliced
  • 250 grams Emelia's Pickled Red Cabbage
  • Emelia's Seeded Mustard Mayonnaise


  1. Preheat a pan with some oil. Add sliced onions and cook over medium heat until soft, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. In another pan, heat a bit of oil and cook the hotdogs or Kranskys, turning regularly for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Slice the rolls down the middle. Place the hotdog inside, followed by the onions.
  4. Top with Emelia's Pickled Red Cabbage.
  5. Finish with a generous dollop of Emelia's Seeded Mustard Mayonnaise.
