Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of fresh cooked prawns
- Crisp green garden lettuce
- 1 diced red onion
- 2 spring onions, diced
- 1 cup of Emelia's Crustacean Sauce
- Ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
- Avocado slices and mango slices
- Crusty herb or garlic bread
Instructions:
- Peel and devein the prawns. Rinse well, dry with a paper towel, set aside and refrigerate.
- Prepare a large bowl of crisp green garden lettuce and keep cool.
- In another bowl, add the diced red onions, diced spring onions, Emelia's Crustacean Sauce, ground black pepper, and a dash of sea salt. Toss lightly.
- Add the prawns to the mixture until just covered. Add avocado slices and mango slices.
- Serve chilled with crusty herb or garlic bread.
