Recipe: Filet Mignon with Sweet Serendipity Sauce, Garlic Mash, and Steamed Veggies
Ingredients:
For the Filet Mignon:
- 2 filet mignon steaks
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for searing
- 2 tablespoons Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity Sauce
For the Garlic Mash:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons Emelia's Fresh Pickled Garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Steamed Veggies:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 1 cup green beans
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Garlic Mash:
- Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and return them to the pot. Add the butter, Emelia’s Fresh Crushed Pickled Garlic, and cream or milk. Mash until smooth and creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
