Experience a tropical delight with Emelia's Tiger Prawns. Marinated in our Hawaiian Mango Marinade and served with a fresh herb puree, this dish is a celebration of flavors that will transport you straight to a beachside getaway.

Ingredients:
- 6 deveined tiger prawns
- Jasmine rice
- Green shallots
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 fresh chilli
- 1 Jar of Emelia's Orange & Ginger Glaze
- Coconut cream
- 50 grams each of coriander, mint, and Thai basil
- 2 cubes of palm sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Prepare jasmine rice as per package instructions. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine tiger prawns, sesame oil, fresh chilli, and Emelia's Hawaiian Mango Marinade. Let it marinate for up to 3 hours.
- Heat a wok over medium heat. Cook the marinated prawns until they turn in color, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a blender, puree coriander, mint, basil, palm sugar, and lime juice. Add this puree to the cooked prawns and toss lightly.
- Serve the prawns over jasmine rice, garnished with green shallots.
