Emelia's Tiger Prawns: A Taste of the Tropics

Experience a tropical delight with Emelia's Tiger Prawns. Marinated in our Hawaiian Mango Marinade and served with a fresh herb puree, this dish is a celebration of flavors that will transport you straight to a beachside getaway.

  • 6 deveined tiger prawns
  • Jasmine rice
  • Green shallots
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 1 Jar of Emelia's Orange & Ginger Glaze
  • Coconut cream
  • 50 grams each of coriander, mint, and Thai basil
  • 2 cubes of palm sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. Prepare jasmine rice as per package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine tiger prawns, sesame oil, fresh chilli, and Emelia's Hawaiian Mango Marinade. Let it marinate for up to 3 hours.
  3. Heat a wok over medium heat. Cook the marinated prawns until they turn in color, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In a blender, puree coriander, mint, basil, palm sugar, and lime juice. Add this puree to the cooked prawns and toss lightly.
  5. Serve the prawns over jasmine rice, garnished with green shallots.
