An Emelia’s twist on a classic
-12 freshly shucked oysters
-3 rashes bacon sliced and diced finely
-4 tablespoons Emelia’s Sweet Serendipity
-4 tablespoons Emelia’s Worcestershire Sauce.
Pre heat your oven or get your grill going.
In a hot fry pan drizzle a small amount of oil and place your diced bacon strips, cook till starting to crispy up.
On a baking tray scrunch up foil a little bit and sit your oysters securely on top of the foil so they don’t tip over in the cooking process.
Add the cooked bacon on top of the 12 oysters then in a small pouring jug mix both your Sweet Serendipity and Worcestershire Sauce together, pour a generous amount over each oyster.
Place in the oven or under the grill for 5-10 minutes, or until bacon crispy and mixture is starting to bubble.
